There are days when I wish guard guilds were actually respected in the RP community. (Yes, I know, it'd be nice if they were respectable, too.) I know that rolling one class and then roleplaying as another is a big no-no in general. However, I'm curious to know what your opinions on class-bending might be--as in, starting to trade abilities off for those of another class.
